I had some friends over for dinner last night and was looking for one of a number of trivets I had somewhere. Of course I found none of them but stumbled on this.... A trivet my niece Sami made for me when she was little (she is 22 now). Back in the days when she was Sammy (because that is the way she signed it on the back). :-) Of course this was much better than any of the other ones I would have found. THIS one made me smile.
