Found the perfect piece at Ikea for under counter storage in my
scrapbook room. They will slide right under and I'll probably buy
several eventually. The search is finally over!

I have ALEX as well, and something I did AFTER putting it together, you might want to do before putting it together. :O)
I added some rails to the sides of the cabinets. I did this for a few reasons:
1) Makes a great handle for sliding back and forth underneath the counters.
2) Added some hooks and hang things from the hooks, rags, etc.
Just my two cents.
