I saw a card by Melissa Bickford in Cards magazine and just loved it. I was attracted to the pop of color on a white card (I'm into that right now for some reason). They also seemed like something I could make quickly and I had several I needed to make. I went looking in my stash for some of my older patterned paper that had big bold patterns.
Supplies: Paper is My Mind's Eye. Hero Arts white notecard and Greeting stamp. Stamping Scrapping white paper flower (covered with Hero Pool shadow ink and sprayed with Perfect Pearl Water). Martha Stewart pearl.
Prima flower, Hero Arts greeting, Green paper is the back of BoBunny dots paper
Supplies: Hreo Arts flower, button and kraft notecard, Jenni Bowlin patterned paper, Lawn Fawn greeting
Gorgeous and great way of using up some stash...plus this is close to my heart what being the use of white card stock..hugs!

The cards are lovely. I must remember this as a way to showcase those papers that you want to sit and stare at instead of cutting into. Hope you had a good weekend.

I have some patterned paper that I just don't know what to do with - bright colors scare me sometimes. Now I have a good use for them instead of giving them to my granddaughter. :-)

I lovelovelove the simple but beautiful look of these cards, and I think I will totally have to "steal" the design! I agree with the other commenters - this is a great way to use the pretty paper that we buy but don't want to use up or don't know what to do with. Thanks, Jana :)
