This card uses the same embossing folder that was used yesterday but the opposite way. Yesterday I added ink to the raised parts. This is another Jennifer technique. I started with this paper.
I applied Versamark ink to the embossing folder on the part that ends up being the non-raised part after it's done. I sprinkled it with white embossing powder so that the only paper showing through is the raised part. Jennifer did it with a green paper and it was much more dramatic. I wanted an elegant look so decided to use the lighter paper. Next time I will do something darker because I like the look of hers better.
Supplies: Hero Arts notecard, Very Merry Christmas 2011 clear stamp set, Melissa Frances Pop-Out Glitter Accents, 2-3/4 Inch circle punch, Versafine black ink, Ranger embossing powder, Cuttlebug embossing folder, blue pearls
So pretty, Jana. Happy Thanksgiving!
