Heidi of Simon Says Stamp sent me the most gorgeous flower arrangement for my birthday so I wanted to send her a card to thank her. I thought she would enjoy it if I used one of their exclusive dies on the card. This card makes me question if I am capable of making a card without a white card background! :-)
This card was very quick to make. To create the background I covered the die cut made of water color paper with Ranger Broken China Distress Stain. If you struggle to get solid coverage with distress ink and an ink applicator stains are your answer. So easy! I covered it with Broken China then put a bit of Faded Jeans around the edges and misted with water. After it dried I stamped the background stamp on there using Broken China distress ink. I cut out the die cut of the flowers and colored them with markers. Took about two seconds! I hope Heidi likes it

she will love it - because it's beautiful and more importantly because it's from your heart! :-)
