A washi tape sympathy card

I must admit that I haven't gone crazy for washi tape like others have but I have purchased a few basic ones.  I thought I would use them on this card as part of the background.  I lined up strips of them and then cut out the die cut shape.  I do realize this is a bit non-traditional for a sympathy card.  I don't think sympathy cards have to be subdued colors.  Maybe not neon  :-)  but I am ok with saturated colors like on this card.
