This is such a cute stamp set and my friend Sandi loaned it to me to play with.
Here is the card I made with the balloons:
The frame is made of white cardstock and covered in Ranger Tumbled Glass Distress Ink. I then stamped this image with that ink (Jennifer has made me fall in love with this stamp):
I also couldn't wait to use this Stamptember stamp and die set from Simon Says Stamp.
Supplies: Tim Holtz Styled Label die; Impression Obsession Herringbone stamp (used on white card); Versamark ink; Clear embossing powder; Memory Box Puffy Clouds Dies; Hero Arts Snow note card; Neenah Solar White cardstock

Great!!! The balloons look shiny, did you cover them in Glossy Accents? Both the background, and the balloon stamp set are on my want list.
