While I had the Winnie & Walter stamp set and watercolor set out that I played with on yesterday's post I wanted to create another project. The tag die that I used has a second piece that allows you to turn this into a tag with a pocket. And it just HAPPENS to be the perfect size for a gift card. On yesterday's tag I did some backstitching with DMC floss around the entire edge but this time I just did the part with the pocket to hold the two pieces together.
And ribbon? You don't even want to know how much ribbon I own. LOTS! I was addicted to using and collecting it. I needed something to hide the hole in the top of the tag and a ribbon bow was perfect! I had forgotten how much I love this stuff. Why don't I use it more often?
To make it into a card I cut out another piece of cardstock the size and shape of the tag, scored it across the top and adhered the two pieces together.
