I am honored to be a guest designer on the Butterfly Reflections Ink blog again today with this card.
Do you find yourself drawn to cards that are simple but beautiful? I know I do so I wanted to create a card that was easy to make but pretty. And the patterned paper on this card did the trick. It is one of my favorite papers ever!
To create this card I cut the patterned paper just a little smaller than the white card base. I die cut a circle large enough to fit the greeting. I stamped the greeting on the white card base and found a little heart in a stamp set (many have them). I stamped it, colored it with a Copic marker then put a little Glossy Accents on it (every card needs some Glossy Accents!). Then I adhered the patterned paper with foam tape for a little dimension. Easy peasy!
Supplies: My Favorite Things I Love You More stamp set, Simple Stories I Am 6X6 paper pad, Glossy Accents, Versafine Black ink, My Favorite Things Black Ink (for heart with Copic Coloring) , Neenah White Cardstock, Foam Tape, Dienamics Pierced Circle Stax
Hi Jana, You did a beautiful job of letting the beauty of the paper show through. I have that paper and haven't been able to bring my self to cut into it yet.

I love working with designer papers, Jana. And this one is perfect for your card. I am a firm believer of Glossy Accents, too ... wish it showed up better in photos.
