Bee Strong

When I was playing with the Paper Smooches Courteous Cuties set I decided to make a really simple second card.

I stamped the bee on Bristol Smooth paper in black ink. I chose that paper because it works really well with Zig Clean Color markers. I colored in the bee with these markers. Then I created a colored background using the markers and a water brush. I stamped the greeting on top of the background once it had dried. 

I used a square die to cut out the focal square, then matted it in scrap green cardstock to match. I have an old old paper pack with the striped black and white paper that I used to create a card base. Then I adhered the focal piece using foam tape. A little Wink of Stella clear pen on the bee and this card was finished.
