Such an exciting day - the Honey Bee Stamps Tis The Season to Sparkle release is available. 59 new products! If you want to see them all? Check them out here !
For today's cards I used the Snowflake Layering Honey cuts. For the first card I used the dies all together - I did not snip them apart. This gave me a background of open snowflakes on the navy cardstock. Keep the snowflakes themselves because you can use them for a 2nd card like I did.
I put a piece of champagne glitter cardstock behind it so the sparkle would shine through. For the greeting I used the Season to Sparkle stamp set and cut out the shadow with the same gold cardstock. Then I used Honey Bee Stamps glittery embossing powder to stamp and emboss the greeting.
I wanted to use the blue snowflakes so I did so on this second card:
I adhered them randomly to a piece of navy cardstock. Then I sprayed and splattered glimmer spray all over it. Gave it an iridescent shine. I used the scallop circle honey cuts to die cut a place for the sentiment from vellum. I used the same embossing powder that I used on the first card to heat emboss the greeting on white cardstock. This time I used the Christmas Blessings stamp set (love this set!).
Those are my cards to today. There is lots of inspiration today and I hope you will hop along. Leave a comment on each blog as there will be a $30 giveaway! The next stop is my friend, Seeka.
Thank you for stopping by today!
Gosh, "silent night, holy night" becomes a statement on the pearly dark green. It's like the words are peeking out of pine tree tops during a snowy night
